"We should totally hang out!" dies in group chats every day. 87% of suggested plans never happen. Planz fixes that. We're a dedicated space to coordinate plans with friends—outside the chaos of texts. Create open invites, capture ideas for later, organize with shared lists. Simple.

Who We're Looking For
We're AI-native—we use tools like Claude to punch above our weight. But we need real humans who get our target market because they are our target market. If you're in your teens, 20s, or 30s, love making plans with friends, and want to help build something people actually use—you might be a fit. English-first speakers only.
Beta Tester
Be the first to break things (on purpose). Use Planz like a real user, find what's weird, and tell us about it. Your job is to make plans with friends and report what doesn't feel right.
- Use Planz daily to coordinate real plans with real friends
- Find bugs, confusing flows, and "wait, that's annoying" moments
- Report issues clearly (what happened, what you expected)
- Give honest feedback—we want real talk, not cheerleading
- You're the friend who actually makes plans happen
- You notice when apps feel off (and can explain why)
- You're comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback
- You have a social life to test with (sorry, introverts)
Growth & Launch Lead
Help us go from "what's Planz?" to "everyone's on Planz." You'll figure out how to get the app in front of the right people and make them care. Hustle required. Creativity essential.
- Build and execute launch strategies (social, campus, community)
- Create content that makes people want to try Planz
- Find and activate early communities (college, fitness, co-working)
- Track what's working, kill what's not, iterate fast
- You've grown something before (doesn't have to be an app)
- You understand Gen Z and Millennial social behavior
- You're creative and not afraid to try unconventional tactics
- You can work independently and figure things out
- Open to paid or equity—let's talk about what works
Software Engineer
Learn Flutter/Dart while building a real product. You'll use Claude Code to squash bugs and write tests—AI does the heavy lifting, you bring the brains and curiosity.
- Fix bugs using Claude Code (AI-assisted development)
- Write automated tests with AI help
- Do manual testing to catch what automated tests miss
- Learn Flutter/Dart on the job (we'll help)
- CS degree or equivalent chops—you know how software works
- You're sharp, curious, and figure things out fast
- You're comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your work
- You can debug, research, and problem-solve independently
- Open to paid or equity—let's talk about what works
