Planz is a social planning app that helps you make plans with friends in seconds. Create Planz for spontaneous hangouts, Ideaz to explore options with friends, and Listz to collaborate on to-dos together.
How do I create an account?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up with your email or phone number. It only takes a few seconds.
Is Planz free?
Yes! Planz is free to use.
How do I invite friends?
When creating a plan, tap the invite button to share with friends via a link, text message, or by selecting contacts from your phone.
How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account. You can also email us at hello@makeplanz.app to request account deletion. For more details, visit our account deletion page.
What data do you collect?
We only collect what's needed to make Planz work. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Email hello@makeplanz.app to request a copy of your data.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled for Planz in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Planz. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Planz > Notifications.
The app is crashing or not loading
Try closing and reopening the app, or updating to the latest version. If the issue persists, email us at hello@makeplanz.app with your device model and OS version.
I found a bug or have feedback
We appreciate it! The quickest way is through the in-app Contact Us form (profile menu > Contact Us) — select Bug Report, Feature Idea, Question, or whatever fits. You can also email hello@makeplanz.app.
